About Bridget

I bring more than 25 years of experience across tax, banking, project management and operational excellence, including being a trusted relationship manager to many customers in a broad range of industries, auditing complex tax situations and providing governance to transformation initiatives.

Today, I combine that experience, an accounting and commercial law degree, with practical bookkeeping skills and Xero expertise to provide straightforward, reliable bookkeeping support to small and medium sized businesses.

Monthly bookkeeping

Monthly package, by volume

Bank and credit card reconciliation, routine AP/AR reconciliation, GST preparation and filing, and monthly financial reports — the ongoing rhythm that keeps your accounts current and your accountant happy at year end. Payroll available as an add-on at $15 per employee per pay period. Scaled to your transaction volume, not a one-size-fits-all package.

AP/AR management (optional add-on)

For clients who want more than reconciliation — active handling of your accounts payable and receivable: processing supplier bills and queuing payments, plus tracking invoices you've issued, matching payments, and following up on anything overdue. Clients issue their own invoices — this service picks up from there.

AP/AR backlog clean-up

Fixed-cost project

For accounts that are behind or messy: a deeper diagnostic check across several months, catching errors, duplicates, and gaps before they become a bigger problem. This is one-off project work, separate from the routine reconciliation already included in your monthly package.

Getting your file set up right from day one — chart of accounts, bank feeds, and GST configuration — or untangling and migrating one that isn't.
